This is a Microwavable Heat Pack. I advertise these as 'Menstrual Cramp Packs', but they can be used anywhere on the body for soothing cramps, aches, sore muscles, headaches, or calming anxiety.
Simply microwave the pack for 2 minutes and apply to desired area. Option to add Lavender for extra relaxing support!
